Jill Colby has a successful background in marketing, public relations, grant writing, and project management. Jill has a BS in Business Management from Western Governor's University. Recently, Jill served as the Marketing Director at a boutique marketing agency in Salt Lake City. Additionally, she is currently the founder and director of a local nonprofit, Cycle Sanpete. During her first year, she successfully helped Spring City, Utah secure a $750,000 RAISE Grant Award from the DOT to conduct a feasibility study for a two-way, family-friendly bike route that stretches from Fairview to Gunnison alongside US-89, benefiting her community.
Jill, along with her husband, is a proud parent to a baby girl. They share a passion for outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, and camping. She actively engages with her community by organizing regular community bike rides and collaborating on activities with local municipalities.
